Divine Paradigm was created as sort of a "home base" for the various projects involving Scary
Entertainment, its affiliates, and creator Jerry W. Roark, JR (a.k.a. Scary Jerry). Its primary
function, at the present time, is to serve as home to the graphics department and publishing
division of Scary Entertainment. It will also be the place to find centralized information on the
various services provided in association with Scary Entertainment, and it will be the launchpad of
all of our future projects.
It has become one of the main objectives of Divine Paradigm and Scary Entertainment to
provide support to artists and entertainers who have become overwhelmed by the fiercely  
capitalist nature of the industry. We hope to be able to provide many of the services that have
become necessities but are often grossly over-priced or simply unavailable to anyone of
independent status. We have even adopted one policy that is unheard of in this business. If we
cannot provide a particular service, we will assist you in finding it - at no charge. Everyone
involved in Divine Paradigm has wasted countless hours, and even years, searching for
products and services that were either not to be found or couldn't be afforded. In entertainment,
publishing, and advertising it is almost always a choice of the lesser of the evils, when you even
have a choice at all. The world of computers and the Internet opened so many doors but also so
many more wallets. We want to raise the standard and lower the cost by going back to some of
the more traditional ways of doing business.
One great and long-abandoned business practice is to make customer service a service to the
customer instead of the Secret Service of the company. It may sound crazy, but we think that we
have more to gain by actually talking to customers and customizing our services to meet the
needs of each individual. There's no mass-marketing here or multiple-choice services. There's
also no fixed price on the services we provide. We can't rightly claim to know the cost involved in
giving you something before we even know what it is that you actually need.
Among the services that we are working to provide, album cover and CD booklet design is a
perfect example of how our variable pricing works with our customer service. There is no
minimum amount that we try to force on you. There are even cases where we have seen the
needs of the client to be so little that we charge nothing at all. There are also cases where the
client needs a great deal of personal attention. Of course that would prove more costly.
Whatever the case may be, the price is always calculated by considering our own real expenses
and the extent of time and attention required for the task. Best of all, you always know the cost
before it is accrued. You approve everything before it will be done. You'll get no surprise fees
and cryptic explanations from us.
Just as Scary Entertainment set out to be more of a community than a company, Divine
Paradigm will also provide more than just products and services. There will be many varied
sources of information available here. This is your guidebook to world of Scary Entertainment
and a showcase of the forces at work behind it.
